The ASQ keycode is a unique number that comes in each type of ASQ-3 or ASQ:SE questionnaires. You’ll need this keycode to access online ASQ questionnaires after you purchase a subscription to online management (ASQ Pro for a single sites; ASQ Enterprise for multisite programs) and online questionnaire completion (ASQ Family Access). Because you won’t be able to use the online products without the keycode, you must keep your keycode secure. Downloading the ASQ Keycode Recording Sheet will help you keep track of your program’s keycodes.
