A. This is the second Report Card published by the Wisconsin Section and is an update to the 2003 Report Card for Wisconsin. It offers ASCE’s assessment of the state of the state’s infrastructure. The Report Card assigns grades, based on the most up-to-date information available, to 11 areas of critical infrastructure, including roads, bridges, drinking water and schools.
