A. It is an e-learning tool, designed to provide an introduction to Every Child Matters and a sound induction of learning and development for the “one children’s workforce”. The programme development is funded entirely by public money and is closely monitored and audited by the West Midlands Regional Efficiency and Improvement Partnership. The Artemis Project Board is made up of six West Midlands local authorities.
