What is the Arc-Zone.com freight policy?
Arc-Zone delivers your order via UPS Ground if it is being shipped within the continental United States. If you’d like another shipping option (FedEx, DHL, or expedited service) or you would like us to ship internationally, let us know. The shipping charge will be added to your order and we will confirm with you prior to shipping. We can also bill your shipping charges direct to your UPS, FedEx or DHL account. Some items that are pallatized shipments are shipped via freight carrier. These items are noted in the the webstore. International Customers: Prices do not include special export packing. All charges including transportation, insurance, custom duties, local taxes, carrier notification to consignee, C.O.D. fees, will be paid by the buyer.
