If you are a non-ARC travel agent, this form is required in order to ensure you receive commissions earned through ARC MarketPlace and the ARC MarketPlace Affiliate Program. If you haven’t already done so, in order to get paid commissions, print and fill out the ARC MarketPlace: Commission Payment Financial Information Form and fax to 703-816-8195.
