Dear Aisha , The Islamic greeting when Muslim meet each other is : “Assalam o alaikum wa rehmat Allah wa Barakatahu” Which means ” Peace be upon you with Allahs Mercy and Blessings” Another , most commonly used greeting is “Assalam o alaikum” Which means “Peace be upon you” And short version which is rarely used by some people which cannot be said to be a true Islamic greeting but still is acceptable is ” Salaam” which means “Peace” These greetings are really prayers by which we wish to each other everytime Muslims meet.
