What is the approximate ongoing maintenance contract fee, and what does it include? Is it a mandatory fee?
The annual maintenance contract fee is approximately 10% of the non-discounted system price, and includes overnight exchange for any hardware repairs, regular, automated software upgrades, unlimited ongoing training and telephone support, and a subscription to KeyLink WebAccess. The first year maintenance fee is included in your system purchase price. It is recommended but not mandatory that you have an annual maintenance contract in place.
