What is the approximate cost for activities along the way?
• Meals – Comparable to other parts of the country. • Historic Sites – From free to maximum $15.00/pp • Sawmill/Winery/Orchard and Similar Tours – Generally free. Winery and Orchard tours generally end in a tasting and “opportunity to purchase” room • Forest/Logging Tours – generally include a lunch and cost from $10.00-$30.00/pp • Horseback Rides – Run from about $20-$25/pp for one hour rides; $50-$70./pp for half day rides; $90-$130 for day rides including a trail lunch or B-B-Que. Overnight pack trips are from $150-$200/pp/day. • Canoe, Kayak and Raft Trips – Priced very much the same as horseback riding. • Whale Watching Trips – Range from $25-$100/pp and from 1-5 hours. • Guided Hikes and Nature Walks – From $10-$100/pp depending upon length and group size. • Fishing Licenses – • Non B.C.
