What is the approval process for an event at Grand Central?
All events must be approved by the MTA before Jones Lang LaSalle can confirm your reservation. A proposal letter must be submitted regarding your event. Once we are in receipt of your proposal letter, the approval process usually takes about 5 business days. Your reservation hold will remain in place during the approval process. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due no later than two weeks following the MTA acceptance of the event proposal.
