Once your project has come to a first draft it is proofed as a PDF and usually emailed to you for your approval. Approval is usually a reply email and if there are any revisions they will be completed and another proof will be emailed to you for review and approval. Once you give the final ok a PRESS PDF or PRESS ready files will be prepared for the printer.
