What is the appropriate length of the hands-on skills verification class?
Hands-on skills verification is intended to ensure that the student is competent and confident in performing his/her skills. It is up to you, the instructor, to determine whether a student has achieved that goal. Feedback from instructors who currently use “blended training” is that approximately 10 students can achieve a satisfactory level of performance per hour using one instructor.
