A. The appropriate dress code for a second interview is the same as it is for an initial interview. You must always present yourself in a professional manner that shows the company they can count on you to represent them at your best at all times. Since you had the opportunity to see what the dress code was during your first interview, you should choose something which is appropriate for the culture. I always recommend a well made and pressed suit for job interviews, unless you are specifically told to dress down to business casual. The only other time I would imagine that you would dress in business casual, rather than a suit for a second interview would be if you would be doing a site tour at a plant or some other similar site.
