What is the appropriate attire for conference?
Attendees at ACL conferences are guests on the host institution’s campus and are expected to honor the social norms of the campus and sponsoring churches. Evangel University prohibits the use of tobacco products, alcohol, and illegal substances. The dress code for Evangel is modesty for both men and women. It is the custom that the ACL banquet is considered a dressier affair. In keeping with current styles, the dress for this year’s banquet is “business casual” or “smart casual” and may or may not include a tie and jacket for men or formal dress for women.
