The zoning provisions of Council owned land in the draft LEP generally reflects a rollover of zones from Council’s current planning instruments. Council resolved on 7 December 2009 that proposed rezonings and reclassifications of Council owned land will proceed as a separate planning proposal to amend the draft LEP. There will be a separate public consultation process at a later date for the Council owned land proposals.
