HUD will conduct two types of review: a threshold review to determine applicant eligibility; and a technical review to rate the application based on the rating factors in this section. What are the threshold requirements? • The applicant must meet the eligibility requirements as defined in Section III.A. • The applicant may request no more than $800,000 for award. • An applicant must have a DUNS number to receive HUD grant funds.
