What is the application process for teachers?
You can access the instructional application on our website at http://jobs.dadeschools.net/teachers/teach_application.htm. Please mail your district application, along with official transcripts and two recommendation letters/forms (Recommendation letters must be on letterhead) to Miami-Dade County Public Schools 1500 Biscayne Blvd., Suite 129 Miami, Fl. 33132. After sending the application, please email us at Persappt@dadeschools.net to schedule an appointment for an interview. In addition, you are encouraged to apply for certification to the State of Florida Department of Education as soon as possible. The certification application can also be accessed on line at http://www.fldoe.org/edcert/apply.asp. Upon receiving the certification application, along with all the required documentation, the state will review your coursework and issue you a Statement of Eligibility.
