1. We invite potential mentors for an informal interview at CSV. It is important that we source the right mentors for the young people involved in this project. 2. We ask potential mentors to complete a Criminal Records Bureau form which will enable us to run a police check. 3. We will contact two referees provided by the applicant, and ask for references. 4. We will invite potential mentors to attend three evening training sessions. Training acts as part of the selection process.
