What is the application procedure for the DDS program?
The procedures to apply for admission are discussed in the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) Program section: http://www.nyu.edu/dental/academicprograms/dds/admissions.html. Is it necessary to submit a supplemental application for admission? It is necessary for applicants who are invited for a personal interview at NYUCD to complete a supplemental application. The supplemental application will be given to the applicant at the time of the personal interview. Applicants will also need to provide a color, passport-sized photograph along with the supplemental application at the time of the interview. Does NYUCD admit transfer students? Yes, on a space-available basis. Applicants must be in good academic standing at their current dental school and meet all other admission requirements. A supplemental application for admission is required. To request application materials, please contact the NYUCD Admissions Office. The deadline to apply is February 1, 2012.
