What is the application deadline for the November general election?
If you wish to receive an absent voter ballot for the November 2, 2004 general election by mail, your written application for the ballot must be received by your city or township clerk by 2:00 p.m., October 30, 2004. If you are qualified to receive an absent voter ballot for the November general election, you also have the option of voting in your city or township clerk’s office any time up to 4:00 p.m., November 1, 2004 (the day before the election).
