AC&TI performs pre-certification testing on all desktop applications submitted by the DoN for CLIN0147 NMCI certification. Upon receiving the application, the AC&TI capabilities document is sent to the Application Sponsor in accordance with the CLIN0147 Business Rules as agreed upon by PM NMCI and the NMCI vendor. Each application is submitted to AMT for Pre-Certification. AC&TI evaluates the submitted application and makes recommendations to the submitter on an as needed basis.
