What is the apartment reservation fee?
The apartment reservation fee is used to reserve your apartment space for the coming year. This fee will appear as a credit on your fall semester university bill. If you opt to not reside on-campus after paying this fee, you forfeit the fee. If we are unable to offer you housing the fee will be refunded to you. Q: What are my options as a sophomore if I wish to remain living on campus? A: As a current on-campus sophomore, you are eligible to request an individual E-Lottery time in order to participate in the housing sign-up process, selecting from available space in Davis Square, Opus Hall, or Heider Hall. In this case, you must fill your selected apartment with other students who will be juniors or seniors next year. Please note, when students sign up for an apartment, they must fill that apartment with the appropriate number of students.
