What is the AOL Broadband Agreement?
The AOL Broadband Agreement is a supplement to the AOL Terms of Service that sets out the additional terms you must be aware of before using the AOL Broadband service. You must agree to the Broadband Agreement before placing an order, and it is available at AOL Keyword: “Broadband TOS” and on the Order Confirmation screen when you register for AOL Broadband.
