Antonyms are difficult, especially one for a career. As a cartographer is a person who makes maps. The opposite would have to be the opposite of a person, so an inorganic object like a rock; the opposite of makeing is destroying; a map is a representation of a physical location, so a physical location that represents an artificial object. So I would say the opposite of a carographer is a rock that destroys the giant donut holding Homer that was made to market the Simpsons movie. So if an asteroid comes to Earth and does just that, than we will have the opposite of a Cartographer.
