The Commonwealth of Massachusetts 2010 Health Information Exchange Strategic and Operational Plan were submitted to ONC on August 31st. It is posted on MeHI’s (maehi.org) website. We anticipate releasing an RFP for HIE services sometime in the fall of 2010.
