What is the anticipated schedule of work? When will my unit be worked on?
Anticipated start is in July. The total duration of the base contract work is 40 weeks, putting the end of construction in May, 2009. However, this duration does not include any extensions necessitated by more than expected structural repair. Cobra Construction will start with the group of buildings at the southwest corner of the property (39 through 42). We anticipated the contractor working on an average of four buildings at a time, except painting, roofing, and misc. work that will be performed either ahead of, or behind, the principal construction.
