What is the Anti-Social Behaviour Problem Solving Group?
Continued anti-social behaviour will result in offenders being asked to attend a meeting with members of the partnership who form the Anti Social Behaviour Problem Solving Group. The group reinforces to the offender that such behaviour is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. It also provides further opportunity to identify the root cause of the offender’s problems and offer the person additional support if necessary. Approval may be given by the group to proceed with an application for an Anti Social Behaviour Order if other interventions fail to stop the behaviour.
