The annual registration fee is $100 per tank, with the checks made payable to the State of Michigan. The $100 fee per tank should accompany the registration form. Following the initial registration, the WHMD will invoice the owner annually. When registration is paid, the division sends out a registration certificate per facility. The certificate should be displayed at the location.
