Annual funding for the NSTI Program depends on the annual budget that HCR receives each year for the Surface Transportation Program On-the-Job Training/Supportive Services (OJT/SS) Program. A portion of the OJT/SS Program budget is set-aside each year to fund STIs. Usually, HCR allocates approximately $2.4 million dollars for the NSTI Program.
