Nationally known registered dietitian experts in celiac disease will provide up-to-date evidence-based research and practice information. Advancing nutrition practice in celiac disease will be the focus of the Annual CSA Dietitian Day. This program is reserved for registered dietitians and other medical professionals. However, continuing education credits will be offered for registered dietitians only.
