What is the Annual Conference cancellation policy?
• Refund requests postmarked by midnight February 2, 2009, will receive a full refund LESS a 25 percent processing fee. • Refund requests postmarked between February 3 and midnight April 17, 2008, will receive a registration refund LESS 50 percent. • Refund requests postmarked after April 17, 2009, will not be honored. • Registration payments made via credit card will be refunded to the original credit card. • Registration payments made via check will be refunded via check and will take 6-8 weeks to be processed. • PA Foundation Pin purchases are nonrefundable.
