What is the Anniversary Home Visit?
• The annual visit is conducted by your TRO a month prior to the date you moved in to renew your tenancy and to check the condition of the unit and yard. • A written notice with the schedule of the visit is sent to you by your TRO. • The visit includes a review of your tenancy; check the up keep of the unit; sign new agreement. • This type of visit is mandatory.
