What is the Analyse Stage of the Risk Management Process ?
This stage of the iterative process analyses all the risks identified during the previous stage in order to determine their probability of occurrence and likely impact. It includes both qualitative and quantitative assessments of the probability of each of the risks occurring and the impact of these in terms of cost, timescale, and performance. Both Threats and Opportunities should be addressed during the Analyse stage. Opportunity Management provides further guidance.
