Those individuals who choose to convert their pre-sale reservation into a contract to purchase will be required to make a total construction deposit of $15,000 per unit. The $5,000 pre-sale escrow deposit and an additional $10,000 at the time of signing the purchase contract will become the $15,000 construction deposit.
