What is the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990?
The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) of 1990 is a civil rights law protecting qualified individuals with disabilities from employment discrimination and giving them access to commercial facilities, transportation, telecommunications, and state and local government services.
