What is the American Express “Preferred Seating” exclusive access?
Some shows have a presale with exclusive access for American Express “Preferred Seating” cardmembers. These are qualifying Gold, Platinum, and Centurion cards. Enter the Customer Service phone number on the back of the card, into the tour login password field (do not use dashes, or ‘1’ before the phone number) instead of the tour password, IF the notes on the itinerary page state that this show has an exclusive access period. You must use the qualifying Gold, Platinum or Centurion card to purchase the VIP packages during these exclusive access presales.
