What is the Alumni Family Scholar Program?
The Alumni Family Scholar Program is a need-based scholarship awarded each year to children and grandchildren of Santa Clara University undergraduate alumni. Candidates are identified from information contained in the application for admission and decisions are made by the Alumni Family Committee in consultation with the Financial Aid Office. Criteria for selection include financial need, academic accomplishments, extracurricular activities, and demonstrated leadership ability. Students who are selected to receive a scholarship will be notified with an award letter from the Financial Aid Office. Award amounts will vary, depending on the number of qualified students and the availability of funds.
