A. Vendor can print the tender document and fill it. Even if that is not possible, he/she can apply against the tender by giving the reference number and other details mentioned in the tender document to the concerned Material Head available on the website. The email address of the concerned official is available in the main page of the each unit and also in the section ‘key officials’.
