The proposed Project is a wind energy facility to be located in Kern County, California-west of Mojave and south-southeast of Tehachapi. More specifically, it will be located west of State Route 14 and south of State Route 58 adjacent to existing wind projects in operation. The Project footprint is almost entirely on privately owned land.
