What is the aim of World of Difference?
World of Difference UK is a programme which gives people the chance to take a two month paid placement with a charity of their choice and make make a difference. This year, 500 people will be selected to participate in the programme. For those charities that do not currently have the financial resources or infrastructure to employ someone full time, the World of Difference programme will make a difference. The skills and experience of the right World of Difference applicant will be of far greater value to a charity than a donation of the same value.
