What is the A**hole Monologues?
“The A**hole Monologues” are 90 minutes of original comedic, dramatic, musical and poetic monologues, all based around the theme of “A**HOLES.” Most of the pieces were written by the artists performing them. Others were contributed by outside writers, including acclaimed novelist Dave Eggers (A Heartbreaking Work of Staggering Genius). Each was asked, simply, to write whatever inspired them about “A**HOLES.” The results came in both literal and figurative interpretations of the word. Everyone, it seems, has an A**hole Monologue in them.
