What is the Ages & Stages Questionnaire?
ASQ-3 is a series of questionnaires that screen and monitor a child’s development between 1 month and 5 1/2 years of age. The results determine if the child is on track or if he or she should receive a more in-depth assessment to determine the need for specialized services.
