• The Agent Ping is a regular Notifier message (request) that is sent from the dialerserver to the client. • It is not a broadcast but a direct socket connection message. • As of Dialer 1.3 SR-B Hotfix 2, the code was changed to try three times before logging an agent out due to agent ping failure.Download the Latest Dialer Hot Fixes.
