What is the Agency Programme?
• The IATA Passenger Agency Programme is as old as IATA itself and offers a unique range of services to the industry. The Agency Programme provides Members and other scheduled Airlines with a cost-effective global distribution network, affording them access to their chosen markets through professional, financially sound travel agents. The PAConf adopts Resolutions by unanimous vote which upon receipt of approval from concerned governments, become binding upon all IATA Member Airlines and their appointed agents. The programmes are global with regional and country differences and benefits the airlines, agents and consumers. Useful Documents – Passenger Agency Programme i. Comprehensive Guide – coming soon ii.
