What is the after hours drop-off procedures?
There is an envelope holder mounted to the wall, this box contains envelopes and pens so you can fill out a description of the work to be done as well as leave your keys with us. The drop mailbox is located between the first garage bay and the office door, this box is locked and secure. Drop-off procedure: -Park in reserved spot (without blocking garage doors) -Lock your vehicle. -Complete the front of the drop-off envelop. Make sure to leave a daytime phone number where you can be reached. -Place just your car key and any necessary alarm remote in the envelope and seal it. -Put the sealed envelope through the mail slot of our mailbox between the first bay door and office door.
