What is the after hours drop-off procedure?
There is a black box labeled “Early Bird Express”, mounted to the wall left of the main entrance. This box contains envelopes and pens so you can fill out a description of the work to be done as well as leave your keys with us. Drop-off procedure: – Park in a Strictly reserved spot (without blocking garage doors). – Lock your vehicle. – Complete the front of the drop-off envelope. Make sure to leave a phone number where you can be reached. – Place just your car key and any necessary alarm remote in the envelope and seal it. – Put the sealed envelope through the mail slot of our front door.
