What is the affidavit form and how can I receive one?
The affidavit form is a form you can get from the Graduate Admissions web site at http://gradlsu.gs.lsu.edu by clicking on “Information, Documents, Forms.” You need to complete this form to show that you have the available funds to meet all costs while studying at LSU (if an assistantship with a stipend of at least $8,000 is not offered) before the letter of admission and Form I-20 will be mailed.
