What is the Aetna Navigator?
All students in enrolled in the Student Health Insurance Plan will have access Navigator, Aetna’s new online tool. Insured students can view claims activity, receive a temporary ID number, request ID cards, research prescription drug prices, find Preferred Providers, email Chickering customer service, and access wellness information. You can find the Navigator at www.chickering.com. Click on “Student Connection” and then choose “Find Your School.” You will need IIT’s policy number, 724532, to access information specific to IIT. You can then select “Aetna Navigator.” First time users will have to register to access the system.
