What is the advantage of working with X-Company tribes over a traditional agency?
Two brains are better than one. A thousand brains are better than two. X-Company is founded upon several fundamental beliefs that are proven to work and make us unique. You can see the results for yourself by examining our roles when working with clients such as Twitter and Fox Broadcasting. In a traditional agency you would typically have the one front-end developer guy who would likely be responsible for all the HTML/CSS/Javascript and probably Flash too. In a similar way you’d likely have one designer in charge of your design aspect and another in charge of something else. So you have a group of people working on your project, but these individuals aren’t working together, their just working… probably a lot harder than they should have to. But we’ve learned over many years’ that people inspire one another. Our teams are encouraged to reach out to each other and ask for help, offer solutions, compete playfully… to work hard, work smart and have fun! The result is a tightly knit group
