These relationships are the key to getting the best rate and cost since the broker who has built them will be able to shop for the loan for the borrower. A broker’s experience in negotiating on behalf of their client lends itself to encouraging investors to be competitive. Shopping for a bridge loan without an experienced broker working as your advocate is risky; I wouldn’t advise it.
