We work hard to have a steady staff of trained craftspeople. • We work with the “Lead Painter” system, with crew size from one to four depending on the size of the project. We keep the same crews together to build system for consistency and accuracy. • With having a larger staff we are able to get to jobs sooner and be more flexible with scheduling when changes are made. • Our craftspeople have different specialties, so we are able to put the right person for a specialized project on the job. Every job has it own special needs and we have the staff up for the challenge. • Classic Papering & Painting, Inc. does many jobs that other paint companies do no have the skill or know how. With doing so many jobs in a year’s time with so many years of service, our exposure to different challenges is great. • We also will do any size job, not just the big jobs.
